An important component in any good skin care regimen is exfoliation. Sloughing off the top layer of dead skin cells has many great skin benefits.Over the period of time our skin gathers layers of dirt and other impurities caused by pollutions . Like out body our skin also needs to detoxify itself . Pimples and blackheads are sometimes the result of dead skin cells trapped in pores, so exfoliating may help to prevent breakouts.
Recently a new method to remove dead skin cells by laser technology called MICRODERMABRASION developed in the mid 1960s .Microdermabration is a fairly new skin care techniques developed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles or any acne scaring .
But I recently discovered a really great DIY, at home trick that beats some of those megabucks, super brand products! Just add a teaspoon of baking soda to your cleanser, you’ve turned your face wash into a superlux, gentle exfoliator. Mix the two in your palms (it may fizz) then using your fingertips, gently scrub your face in upward-outward, circular motions for no more than 2 to 3 minutes. (Add a little water to your fingers if the mixture becomes dry or too sandy.) Then rinse off or gently remove with a wet wash cloth. Following a really good moisturiser which will help restore the PH balance and nourish your skin . If you suffer from acne problems it is also prescribed to use anti-acne ointment after this step as it will sink into the skin and the effect will be more and results can be seen . This treatment can be done 1 time in a week .
